MIKE MANLEY

Coach Manley currently plays professional lacrosse for the Chrome in the PLL and Rochester Knighthawks in the NLL.

Manley is a graduate of Penn Yan where he was an All-American Defenseman. He continued his career at Duke University where he earned himself a spot as one of the top defenders in the country. In 2008, he was named the ACC Rookie of the Year. At Duke he was also a three-time All-American in 2009, 2011 and 2012. He won a NCAA National Championship with Duke in 2010.

In 2012 he was taken as the third overall pick in the Major League Lacrosse Collegiate draft by the Rochester Rattlers. In 2012 he appeared in 11 games and was a top defender with 35 ground ball pickups. In 2013, as a regular on the Rattlers defense, Manley scored 3 goals and scooped up 20 ground balls. In 2014, he was named the Brine Defensive Player of the Year in Major League Lacrosse.

He was a member of the USA Men’s National Box Team that competed in the FIL World Box Championship, winning bronze and also competed with Team USA Box at the 2017 Heritage Cup.
